is a prestigious country house with swimming pool in the heart of the Tuscan countryside, near San Gimignano, between Florence and Siena.
Villa Osservatorio di Montignoso is a welcoming and elegant holiday home located in the outskirts of Gambassi Terme, between the provinces of Florence and Siena. By car, you can easily reach San Gimignano in roughly 10 minutes, Volterra in 30, and Siena and Pisa in 60. The property is 530 meters above sea level, close to the renowned Chianti hills, and is completely surrounded by forest. Here, you can enjoy all the tranquility and relaxation that the nature of the Tuscan countryside can offer.
The interior spaces of the house were divided into two large, independent apartments. One apartment has two bedrooms and the other has three. Each apartment has its own outdoor area, furnished with table and chairs. The property can be rented as a whole, accommodating up to 11 guests, or separately.

A careful restoration and renovation have preserved the home's ceilings. Its exposed wooden beams, terracotta floors, and exquisite antique furniture create a lovely atmosphere from long ago.
